I don't have high hopes, but I'm asking anyway.

I'd like to send push notifications to an app, but anonymously. The app is configured in Customer Insights, but it's not a user-login app. I want to send notifications to everyone who has installed our app, but it seems I can only do so within a segment...

Since app users don't log in, I can't use a contact segment.

Is there a way to do this other than creating a Power Automate and pushing to Firebase? Has anyone else encountered this need?

Are you talking about In -app notifications in Model driven apps? .

If yes. then a power automate flow for every new login can be triggered and adding a new record in the notification table can work. This stays in system for a default of 14 days(customizable) or until user deleted it manually. Can be a toast notification as well.
