Is there a way to customize Customer's Account Statement - Electronic Reporting or Power BI?

Hi All,

This is the customer's Account Statement out-of-the box:

The below is what I need to customize. The Account Statement is specifically for project-based business. The statement should include the following elements: the project's contract value, change order, percentage of completion (POC) amount, and the retainage.
In the lower section of the statement, please list the description of the invoices, the Schedule of Values, and ensure that the remaining columns pull data from the project management application (PMA).
Can Electronic Reporting help me achieve this format easily, or would Power BI be a better option? If the ER is a better option, do you happen to have a setup document? Thanks so much!
