Dynamics - Lookups in Views are now all underlined by default

There appears to have been a Microsoft update recently which has changed how the Lookups are being displayed in views. 
 
I can't find any options in Power Apps of the views themselves which allow me to turn this off. 
 
I don't want to disable the hyperlinks just remove the underlined format as we have end users which are upset with how this displays and state that it is affecting how they work

    If this behavior appeared recently and wasn't announced, it may be worth checking the Power Platform Release Notes or opening a Microsoft Support ticket to confirm whether:
    • This is an intentional design change.
    • It is part of a gradual rollout.
    • There is a feature flag or upcoming setting to control the display.
    At this time, however, there is no supported option to remove the underline from lookup fields in model-driven app views while keeping them clickable. If Microsoft has introduced this as part of the platform's updated user experience, the styling is currently controlled by the platform and cannot be customized through view settings or app configuration.
