Automate Fixed Asset Depreciation Proposal

Hi,
 
Is there a way to schedule monthly (1st working day of the month) fixed asset depreciation proposal to run at say 6am.
 
I checked Periodic tasks under Fixed Assets and couldn't find an option there.
 
Tried looking at the depreciation proposal recurrence however it is all greyed out.
