Enabled Who Knows Whom, but "Get Introduced" Email Option not Displaying

We've had the Who Knows Whom feature enabled for several months in our D365 environment and it's been working steadily and then, suddenly, a couple of weeks ago, the "Get Introduced" option just disappeared for some people, including me. I can't figure out what's causing the issue.
 
I'm an admin, so it's not a security role.
WKW is enabled and there is a template available.
Server-Side sync for email is set up and I tested and am connected.
The contact is opted in for email.
I've tried in Chrome and Edge and the outcome is the same.
 
However, my colleague can look at the exact same record and she sees the option to "get Introduced."
 
NONE of us are able to see the thumbnails of people associated with their profile though.
