Hi D365 Gurus, Need one quick help.
I was reviewing item-level margins from the Invoice Journal report and noticed that, on the same day for the same product, the unit cost and margin were changing significantly. Please refer Attched snip.
Upon further review, I found that the unit cost was driven by specific inventory batches. For example, when sales were allocated to a higher-cost purchase batch, margins were low, and when allocated to a cheaper batch, margins were higher.

What I want to analyze is the weighted average unit cost and margins so that I can understand the average unit cost and margin for an item, rather than batch-level fluctuations.
Is there a standard report, configuration, or approach in D365 to view weighted average cost and margins at item level?
