5I need help resolving the following scenario:
- As a Microsoft Tier 1 partner, we completed a Business Central sale under the SaaS licensing model
- The customer has temporarily decided to deploy it on-premises.
- In Brazil, it is necessary to use an ISV extension for the Brazilian localization of Business Central.
- Using the "Dual Use Rights" benefit, the on-premises license file was downloaded through the Microsoft 365 portal.
- The license file includes only the standard Business Central objects.
- However, the license file must also include the ISV objects required for the Brazilian localization.
We have already tried several channels with both Microsoft and the ISV developer, but we have not received the correct information.
Which channel or procedure should be followed to generate a license file that includes both the native Business Central objects and the ISV objects for the Brazilian localization?
