Hide / Show button in the command bar based on security role

In Dynamics 365 / Power Apps Model-Driven App, I created a custom button in the Command Bar using the Modern Command Designer.

 

I want the button to only be visible for users who have the "System Administrator" security role.

 

How can I control the visibility of the command bar button using a Command Library or any supported approach?
