Workflow Database Log in D365 Finance

Hello Everyone, 
We wanted to have the database log for Workflows.
Scenario is - for vendor Invoice journal approval workflow, the Users who is in  workflow approval hierarchy might reassigning the workflow to himself. We just want to keep the track of all the activities Appover users are doing when workflow is submitted. 
 
I tried finding the Table in Database Log Setup (in System Administration module), but couldn't found the table to include.

    Hi Nikhil,
     
    have you already checked the "Workflow history" form under "Common --> Inquiries --> Workflows --> Workflow history"? It does not suit your need?
     
    You can filter for the Document type and if you click on the "instance ID" button you see every step of the workflow:

    Hi Nikhil,

    As mentioned by Paolo, the reassignment is visible on the workflow history.
    Does the user have permissions to perform this action from the Workflow history form?
    Does the user have permissions to set up delegates via the user options from other users?
    If so, the permission are too wide.  You can restrict access in such way that user doesn't have these permissions.

    If you are referring to the delegation option in case a work item is pending on your name, then it is already assigned to you. Yes, another person can then delegate the work item, but this can also be restricted.
     
    Anyway, all actions are stored in the workflow tracking history.
