D365FO - User log alert is not being triggered

Dear all,
 
I would like to get notified when the user ADMIN logs into F&O. There is a business event for alerts, so I thought lets create an alert and use the business event in a Power Automate flow in order to create a ticket and document the log in - its an requirement from the tax auditor.
 
For some reason, the business event isnt triggered. I created an alert for vendors and receive a notification and I could find the alert in the EventInbox table - so I would say that alerts do work in this environment.
When I do the same for the user log in, nothing gets triggered. I logged off and on and can see that a new line was created in the User log table, however, no alert was triggered.
 
What am I missing?

    Hello, as reported in official documentation to raise a business event you have to activate: Send externally to Yes.

    Thanks! I ve overread that "Send externally" has to be checked.
     
    However, there is also the 2nd question I raised.

    So, in this case, there was no alert triggered - nothing was in the EventInbox table or EventCUD table when it comes to get alerted from the User log table.
