Importing mapping vendor rules keep stuck at Submitted status

Hi all,

I am having issue on when I am importing the excel template contain the mapping rules for my company vendor in the Invoice Capture. The importing process keeps stuck at the Submitted status. The template file I get it by export the excel file from there and reimport the file after adding other vendors mapping rules detail.
