How to add custom fields to a dynamic runtime dialog created in a button's clicked method?

Hi All,

have a requirement to add new custom fields to the "Segregation of duties conflicts" resolution dialog in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
When a user resolves a conflict by clicking the Allow assignment button, a dialog opens asking for a reason comment. I need to add new fields to this specific dialog.
The issue is that this dialog is generated entirely on the fly via code inside the clicked method of the Allow assignment button, rather than using a standard form or a standalone class that I can easily extend.
What is the best development approach or design pattern to inject custom fields into this dynamic runtime dialog and capture the user's input?

Thanks you.
