We are currently unable to access Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central from Oslo, Norway.

The issue started this morning and affects both our Production and Sandbox environments.

Symptoms:

Business Central returns “Something went wrong – Cannot connect to the server”
Production environment is unavailable
Sandbox environment is also unavailable
Business Central Admin Center opens, but links/actions inside the Admin Center are not working properly
The same issue occurs in an Incognito/InPrivate browser session
Multiple users are affected

The first error we recorded was around 08:26 CEST (06:26 UTC) on September 7, 2026.

Is anyone else in Norway / Oslo / Norway East experiencing the same issue today?

Microsoft’s public status pages do not currently appear to show a general Business Central outage, so it would be useful to know whether this is affecting other Norwegian tenants.

Title: Users are unable to access your environment User impact: Users are unable to access your environment. Current Status: After our investigation, we determined that a recent service deployment in Dynamics 365 Business Central introduced a misconfiguration within a portion of the infrastructure supporting sign-ins, leading to impact. We are rolling back the deployment to a known healthy state and monitoring for recovery. Next Update: Monday, September 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM UTC
