How to enable Dynamics 365 Operations Application Partner Sandbox?

Hi All,
 
We have the license for Dynamics 365 Operations Application Partner Sandbox. Can someone share with us on how we can enable or spin-up the Sandbox? Is it the same procedure as Tier-1 Dev box via LCS? Thanks.

    Hi Simon,
     
    No. The process is different. In LCS, you should be able to find an Implementation Project. From this project you can deploy a partner sandbox.
