I am unable to access a Dynamics 365 environment.

Issue Description:
When attempting to access the Dynamics 365 environment, the system displays a message indicating that my account must be added to the environment security group before access can be granted.
Business Impact:
This issue is preventing me from accessing the environment and performing required business operations.
Request:
Could you please verify:
1. Whether my account is a member of the correct Entra ID / Azure AD Security Group.
2. Whether the environment is configured with a Security Group restriction.
3. Whether my user account needs to be added to the environment and synchronized.
Please advise on the required actions or help grant the necessary access.
