GSTIN for Same entity different Warehouse (in Different State)

We have Legal entity based in Mumbai, Maharashtra (State), India. We will be opening new Warehouse in Gujarat (Other State), India. We already have separate GSTIN for Gujarat. So in D365 where we supposed to maintain the GSTIN for other state and how that would reflect in Sales n Purchase transaction from Gujarat Warehouse???

    In D365, the recommended approach is one GSTIN per legal entity, so separate legal entities are preferred for different states to ensure proper compliance and reporting. Although multiple GSTINs can be managed within the same entity, it may create complexities.

     

    Could you please share more details on your requirement and expected transaction flow for the Gujarat warehouse?

    Well, Customer just added one new Warehouse in Gujarat. Entity Based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Currently they are doing all transactions based on Mumbai location. = Like Sales, Purchase for Project Management Accounting.  
     
    (Does not wanted to create new Legal entity) 
     
    Well, for henceforth, client wants to use Gujarat Location to Store, Maintain Inventory of RM and do the Sales from same Warehouse.  (Specific Product Transactions from new WH)
    and Continue doing Transactions for Services from Mumbai Location.
    .
    Steps I am Following 
    Added new GSTIN, Synchronize Setoff Hierarchy of GST, Created new Site and Warehouse in Gujarat. Mapped newly created GSTIN to the Address of both SITE and Gujarat. 
    .
    Also They wanted to maintain separate number sequence for Project Tax Invoice based on this two locations for which We have created Number Sequence group and mapped in the PMA Parameters- Which is working fine.
