Location of email interactions in dataverse

Hello!
 
I am looking to create some new tables, analysis and summaries based on the email interactions and statistics we have. It will be based on the information you can see within emails in customer insights journeys and the insight tab. We want to act and see email send outs, email opens, email link clicks and so on, but in the table and raw data where they are stored. We have not been able to identify where this is. Does anyone know?

    There is no Dataverse table containing email opens/clicks from Customer Insights Journeys. Dataverse only contains email definitions , journeys and triggers , templates , activity records with limited metadata.
    All marketing interaction data (send, open, click, bounce, link‑click details) is stored in the Marketing Insights interaction data lake(Fabric) ,to analyze this data, you need to 
    • Enable Marketing Analytics in Fabric
    • Export CI‑Journeys interaction data to Fabric
    • Build Power BI reports directly from that exported dataset

    Email Interaction Data Is Stored

    The data behind email sends, opens, clicks, bounces, etc. is stored mainly in these Dataverse tables:

    Email Sent msdynmkt_emailsend One record per send event
    Email Open msdynmkt_emailopen Tracks when a recipient opens the email
    Email Click msdynmkt_emailclick Tracks link clicks
    Email Bounce msdynmkt_emailbounce Hard/soft bounces

    You can easily inspect them using:
    • Power Apps Maker Portal
    • XrmToolBox
    • Advanced Find (if tables are enabled)

    Thanks for outlining the Outbound interaction tables.
    just for clarity: those tables only apply when Outbound Marketing is still active. Real‑Time Journeys uses a separate analytics architecture, so the legacy msdynmkt_ interaction tables won’t populate in RTJ environments.
    Microsoft began removing the Outbound Marketing module after June 30 , 2025, and as of 2026 the product is in its final removal phase. Microsoft states that Outbound is being gradually hidden, disabled, and removed from all environments, and existing customers must transition immediately because Outbound capabilities and APIs will stop working without further warning. 
    I think this is already deprecated and no longer functional unless a customer previously received a rare, approved temporary extension. Even in those cases, the module is being phased out and will stop working entirely once Microsoft completes the removal process later in 2026.
     
    Just adding this clarification so readers can distinguish between Outbound and RTJ behaviors.
