I’m trying to create a custom Excel template for Purchase order lines V2, as I want to be able to mass edit a field on multiple PO-lines across different PO's.
The template is created successfully with:
- Root data entity: Purchase order lines V2
- List in Open in Office menu = Yes
However, it does not appear in the Open in Excel menu on Purchase orders.
A custom template for Purchase order headers V2, configured in exactly the same way, does appear. So, I don't understand what the issue is with the Purchase order lines v2 entity.
The standard Purchase order lines V2 template is available in Open in Excel, but is not visible under Document templates, so it cannot simply be overwritten.
How can I make this work?
