External Item descriptions for Customer and vendor

Hi,

We have a requirement to mass update external item descriptions against 1000 items with all customers, so we created customer group in external items and then tagged it to item manually.

No data entity directly exists. found excel add in as

CustomerProductDescriptionV2

VendorProductDescriptionV2

but still that is not accepting if we are adding customer group to the record. We dont have an option to add if it is single record or group we are selecting in excel add in.

Can any one help on this.
