I am currently looking for a “route planner” solution for our sales staff, but unfortunately I couldn't find anything in the standard documentation.
The background to this is that it would be ideal if a sales representative could say, “I am in the 12-345 postal code area and would like to plan a tour with a radius of 30 km. Show me all customers who currently have open leads and opportunities.”
Is there something like this in Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Insights in the standard version, or how have you handled this?
