Hi team,
 
insufficient rights to execute vendor invoice on menu item in d365fo. the end user is getting this issue.
 
What roles needs to assign...
 

Accounts payable clerk  OR

Accounts payable manager

Is these the roles is dedicated for vendor invoice.

Please give me the thoughts.

    Hey,
     
    If you give us more details, like a screenshot and if you need writing or just reading rights, we can provide you a more precise solution.
    There is no "vendor invoice" menu item as far as I know.
     
     
     
    However, if you mean Pending vendor invoice, then you can check it with the security diagnostics.

    'Maintain vendor invoice' duty should solve this issue and that duty is part of both roles you have mentioned.

    No, not both roles. It depends on users responsibilities in AP team. You can go with the clerk role if you want to try.
