Standardizing Warehouse Printer Set Up in D365

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for advice on how to improve our warehouse printing architecture in D365 Advanced Warehouse Management .

Our Current Setup:

We currently have 3 laptops on the warehouse floor. Each laptop runs the Document Routing Agent (DRA) and has 2 printers physically connected to it.

This setup feels inefficient and risky from a maintenance and stability perspective.

My Questions:

1. How do you currently have printer architecture set up in your warehouses?

2. What is considered the best practice to replace running DRAs on individual laptops on the floor with a more robust, effective solution?

Any insights, recommended server setups, or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
