Hi,

If we click on an order line and go to the reservations of that line, it is not showing that item number. We cannot change the reservation anymore this way.

Sales order line having 296029 item number but when we go to reserve lot page item number is showing different. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue.

Hi Mahaboob Shariff,

You mentioned that the order line has item number 296029 which is also presented on your screenshot for the reservations. Only the title field has another number. Is the reservation itself working correctly despite the title?

Yes if we check under inventory transactions correct item number only reserving the quantity.

This issue still exists in our current version of MS. Could you please let me know how we can fix this issue.

I have checked all the setups and configurations but no clue found.

Hi @Mahaboob Shariff,

This seems data corruption issue.

Please share screenshot of page: Sales order > General Tabl > Related Information > Line quantity.

And there are 2 processes that might help in your case:

1) Correct sales order lines manually.

2) Consistency check for particular item:

[Navigate to System Administration > Periodic Tasks > Database > Consistency Check]

From the dialog option, you can give filter for particular item as well.

This issue is with all the customers and with all the item numbers.

How these sales order are created? Are these migrated sales order?

Can you confirm that this is also happening when you create a sales order manually?

These sales orders are created via EDI, and the issue also occurs when they are created manually.

Hi Laurens,

Thanks for your quick response.

Even after removing and re-adding the line item, the issue persists — the sales order line item number still does not appear on the reserve lot page.

Item number is showing different on the top of the screen when comparing to the below sales order line item

Could you please let me know how to fix this issue or what necessary steps need to follow.
