PR Line Added to PO Shows Warning & Cancels in D365FO

Hi everyone,

In D365FO, we’ve added a custom button called “AddToPO” on the Released Purchase Requisition form. When a user selects a PR line and clicks this button, a new form opens showing all POs linked to the vendor specified on that requisition line.

From there, we can select any PO and add the PR line to it.

The issue is that while the line does get created in the PO, we receive a warning when saving,

and the line status changes to “Canceled.”

Has anyone faced this before or can suggest a fix?
