Dual write solution Error

Hi community,
I need to run a dual write map version according to this blog: Install Project Operations dual-write map versions | Microsoft Learn It needs to apply a solution in exact order when I try to apply a Dynamics 365 supply chain management extended entity maps, I have encountered the below error

Have all these steps been applied?

To make your custom objects visible in Dataverse via Dual-Write, please verify:

Check a Data Entity in F&O : Is the entity public, does it have a Data Management Key, and is it compiled/deployed?
Enable Dual-Write
Create the corresponding table in Dataverse : Has a custom table been created (via Power Apps) and added to the Dual-Write solution?
Map the tables Is the mapping between the F&O entity and the Dataverse table configured?
