    Hi Mayur

This issue can have many reason.

I suggest you to stop AOS, delete the AXAPD.AOI file, Start AOS, Compile All application and Synchronize.

Finally, delete also all *.auc files for every AX users.

You can find them on C:\Users\username\AppData\Local

If the error occur again, create a Crash Dump.

    Look at blogs.msdn.com/.../possibilities-to-create-memory-dumps-from-crashing-processes.aspx

Now, you can open a Case in MS or analyze your self.

    Look also blogs.msdn.com/.../finding-the-x-stack-and-ax-user-with-public-symbols-in-ax2012.aspx

    Regards

    Hi

I would suggest to use the most recommended crash analysis tool : Debug Diagnostic Tool

Once you setup this to monitor the AOS process, it can generate enough information for the technical people to troubleshoot the issue:

    Download : support.microsoft.com/.../2580960

    how to setup : msdn.microsoft.com/.../ff420662.aspx

    Hi

The AXAPD.AOI is located on AOS Server.

It's related to the installation folder.

By default, should be "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\InstanceName\bin\Appl\Standard"

Instead, the AUC Files are located on the User folder, like C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local

    Hi

This topic isn't related this thread.

Please, in order to make more easy the issues research, create another thread related the RLS

    Hi Denis,

I am facing the same issue in AX 2012 R2, i followed your above mentioned path to delete the AXAPD.AOI, but there are so many files in "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Server\InstanceName\bin\Appl\Standard", should i delete all the files, because i can't find specific file "AXAPD.AOI". Please suggest.

    Thanks

    Hi Ali,

AXAPD.AOI is only related to AX 2009.

About AX 2012, follow the last answer on this old thread, community.dynamics.com/.../226368

    Happy new year!
