I'm trying to import customers with the CustomersV3 entity using Odata import, and I'm getting a problem with it when I try to set the GiroTypeCollectionLetter field value to values from an extension of the enumeration type.
Field name: GiroTypeCollectionLetter
EnumType: PaymentStub
The PaymentStub enumeration has a list of country region code values: DK,BE,CH,NO,FI,CZ,HU,DE,AT,IT,FR
The PaymentStube also has an extension with two additional enumeration values, BG and PG. They have no country region code value registered for them.
The environment I'm testing in has country region code SE.
When I'm importing a customer with the None-enumeration value, that works well, but when I change it to BG or PG, I get an error message saying something like:
"Write failed for table row of type 'CustCustomerV3Entity'. Infolog: Warning: On a collection letter (CustCustomerV3Entity.GiroTypeCollectionletter) can't be selected for land/region SE.."
I had a look at the field in the entity but can't see that there's any relevant setup in the entity tables. The target field mapping does show the field configuration key as having active status.
I thought I'd write and ask if someone has an idea of what the problem is here. Whether it's a setup issue or not.
