Hi Community,

Please help advise, How to handle item charges for partial Item receive in NAV?

Given the scenario:

I have a purchase order with three lines:

  • 1st line is for item A, and
  • 2nd line is for Item B
  • One line captures item charges allocated across the items by Equally.
Now, we are expecting to receive half of Item A first. Item B will be shipped together with the 2nd portion of Item B.

Can you advise how do we do the item charge?

Thank you !

I think you're thinking a bit complicated. Create a separate invoice for the item charge.
Then assign it to the receipt lines.
Here it is separated according to each receipt.

Hope this can give you some hints.
    Thanks
    ZHU
