Get Global::editEncryptedField() encryption key

Hello all,
In d365FO i use the encryption API available in the Global X++ class.
The methods Global::editEncryptedField() and Global::editEncryptedStringField() that use the environment-specific data encryption certificate to perform data encryption and decryption.
Is there anyway to set the key on an environment so that i can use the data in other environments, or is there any other way to do that?
