Budget and Purchase requisition for more than a year

Hi Friends,
 
I have a question related to the Purchase Requisition and Budget, for example, I need to raise the Purchase requisition for example, some License for 3 year I need to raise the Purchase requisition, and my budget is defined for 1 year. How I can handle such scenarios in D365 as if I raise the Purchase requisition it will consume the budgeted amount of 3 year instead of 1 year.
