4,095Please advise on this. I have SO Workflow User Group as example below. Only one user need to approve.
When SO Approval request is sent from one of the Approver "USER2", The Approval request gets immediately approved. This is as expected. USER2 gets proper email notification as below:

The USER1 also gets notification, but that notification has duplicate entry as below. I want to remove the duplicate record from this email.
