Force Quick Create

Hello,

We are using the Adobe Sign integration solution which adds a new record called Agreement. On this record, you can click an Add Recipient button. For some users, this takes them to a brand-new window where they populate some fields on the form and upon saving, returns them back to the original Agreement. For other users, it opens the Quick Create form in a side window where they can create a new Recipient record without needing to leave the original Agreement form. Why are we getting different behaviors and how can we set it up so all users get the Quick Create experience. Thanks!

Well, it's the Adobe Acrobat Sign app, but I think it would apply to other apps like Sales as well. Wherever there is an option for Quick Create. I couldn't find out how to force Quick Create when you have a sub record on a form.

Which D365 app are you using? This forum is about D365 in general, while your question seems to be about a particular product (such as Finance and Operations or Business Central).
