Unable to access Dynamics 365 Business Central Sandbox

Hi everyone,
 
I'm struggling to access the Dynamics 365 Business Central sandbox. I've been through the steps at https://signup.microsoft.com/get-started/signup?... but when I click on the "Get Started" button I am left hanging on the https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/Sandbox/?redirectedFromSignup=1&ScenarioId=Signup page
 
From the network log I can see repeated 500 errors coming from GET https://businesscentral.dynamics.com/Sandbox/api/deployment?redirectedFromSignup=true&autoProvision=true until the attempt finally times out with a "This process is taking longer than expected" screen
 
Is there anyone who can help, please? Anyone who knows what I should do, or can check why my account is unable to access the sandbox?
