Unable to disable “Benefits management” feature in D365 F&O OneBox – legacy benefit form locked

Hello everyone,

I am working in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations OneBox (development) environment and I’m facing an issue with the Benefits management feature.

 

Feature enabled: Benefits management (Human resources module)

message: “This form is in read-only mode. To edit, disable Benefits management feature in Feature management form.”

I am a System Administrator  but I can disable other related features. However, I cannot disable the main “Benefits management” feature. The disable option is not available anymore

 

Is Benefits management a non‑reversible feature once enabled and used, even in a OneBox / DEV environment?

    Yes, we can't disable the feature once it's has been enabled.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    In this case, could you please advise if there is any alternative solution, or any way to disable/reset the feature?

    We need to proceed urgently and would appreciate your guidance.

    Please restore the existing database and check whether the feature has been enabled or not.
