Hi all,
I have a customer who works with catalog items in Business Central. Since the update, they have had issues where they can no longer convert a service quote into a service order, encountering the problem described below.
They haven’t changed their way of working; the issue appeared shortly after the upgrade to version 25 and persists in version 25.1.
Does anyone know anything about catalog items in the service module and whether there are any settings we need to adjust after the update?
Or could this issue be caused by something entirely unrelated to the update?
A quote that had been pending for about a week suddenly went through without us doing anything.
The catalog item is included on the service item worksheet in the service quote for a service item.
