General Ledger > Financial Reports > Unable to run Trial Balance report > this is what we are seeing > Any ideas what could be causing this issue?

    Hi,
     
    There can be various reasons.
    1.Please check the dates of the report.
    2.Check if there is data in Management reporter database. You can easily run data refresh.
    3.This data refresh can require the not transaction amounts but also the valid dimensions and accounts.
    4.Need to check the setup of the whole report.

    If you are confident that your configuration is complete and all prerequisites are correctly set up, I suggest resetting the Financial Reporting data mart.

    You can follow the procedure below:

    Please simply export current configuration and do a full data mart reset.
