Hello everyone,

one of our on Prem client is looking to send bulk sales invoices from their business central. Currently they can only send 1 email at a time but they want to have an ability to choose multiple invoices and send them in 1 go.

Is there any extension available which can resolve this issue (client does not want any customizations / also not looking for any Third party vendors). Is any easy solution is available, please let me know.

Yes, It’s only possible through customization or third-party extensions.

Thank you for the response.

I will check the Zetadocs functionality.

The app source does have extensions but majority of them are paid and for some reason client does not want o pay as well as use any third party :)

But atleast I have some answers from the experts here and I really appreciate that.

Hi there,

Zetadocs Delivery (from Equisys, the company I work for) allows you to send sales invoices in bulk. I appreciate you mentioned your client ideally isn't looking for a third party vendor, but Zetadocs is designed specifically for Business Central, so the integration is seamless.

As far as I know it can only be customized.

Or you can try your luck on AppSource, but some of them are paid.
