26The customer has reported an inconsistency in the Graphical Capacity Load inquiry, where the displayed load values change significantly when the selected date range exceeds 12 months. When the period is set from 01-Dec-2026 to 30-Nov-2027, the Graphical Capacity Load shows approximately 3,000 hours for December 2026. However, when the period is extended to 01-Dec-2026 to 31-Dec-2027, the Graphical Capacity Load shows only approximately 200 hours for December 2026. Analysis included exporting Capacity Reservation data for both periods and creating monthly pivot analyses, which showed that the December 2026 capacity reservation load totals 2,968.90 hours for the first period and 3,120.00 hours for the extended period. Based on this validation, the underlying Capacity Reservation data appears to be correct and does not reflect the significant reduction shown in the Graphical Capacity Load inquiry. Assistance is requested in reviewing the calculation logic behind the inquiry and confirming whether this behavior is expected when the selected date range exceeds 12 months.
