Is it safe to disable Microsoft OOB plugins (ShowPlatformSummary / EntityRouting)

Hi Community,
We are seeing regular informational logs from the following Microsoft OOB plugins in our environment:

  1. Microsoft.Dynamics.CSIntelligence.SandboxPlugins.ShowPlatformSummary
  2. Microsoft.Dynamics.OmnichannelBase.Plugins.EntityRouting.PostOperationQueueItemCreatePlugin

These are Microsoft-managed plugins and are not part of any custom solution.
Could you please confirm:

  • Is it safe (supported) to disable the related functionality to stop/reduce these logs?
  • If yes, which feature/setting needs to be disabled at the environment level (since the plugins themselves cannot be disabled)?
  • Can you please share any official Microsoft documentation confirming the supported approach and impact?

We only want to understand the supported way and the risk/impact before making any change.

    Are you seeing a performance issue with these logs, or something that is causing a disruption to your operations? If not, I would strongly recommend against disabling the plugins.
     
    1.  It's not always easy to understand what the plugins do, and turning them off can have unintended consequences
    2.  Since these are Microsoft managed solutions, an update may turn them back on anyway
     
    As far as I know, Microsoft does not provide specific documentation publicly around these plugins and the actions they perform. You can always turn them off in a Dev environment and do regression testing to see if there is an impact.
