Custom Dataverse table does not appear in Global Search despite correct configuration

We have a custom Dataverse table named "Properties" (Schmea name: wwm_property1) that has never appeared in Global Search.
Verified Configuration 

- ✅ Table "Appear in search results" = Enabled

- ✅ Table "Track changes" = Enabled

- ✅ Primary column data type = Single Line of Text, Searchable = Yes

- ✅ Default Quick Find View correctly flagged as default, with primary column as a Find Column

- ✅ View saved/published; solution "Publish all customizations" run

- ✅ Table checked under "Select tables to index for Dataverse search" — now shows "1 columns added to the index," matching a known-working comparable table

- ✅ Table confirmed present in App Designer's Tables component list for the Sales app being tested

- ✅ App-level Publish (via App Designer) performed; tested again after cache clear / incognito session

- ❌ Table still does not appear in the live search scope dropdown (still shows only 4 tables)
Other custom tables (Legal Entity and Investment) appear correctly in Global Search.
The Properties table has never appeared in the Global Search table list.
Please investigate whether the table is being indexed by Dataverse Search or if there is an issue with the search index for this environment.
