I’m trying to recall a workflow for an Inventory Consumption Journal in Dynamics 365, but the workflow instance appears to be missing. Here’s what I’ve verified so far:
- The workflow status is Submitted.
- I have the System Administrator role assigned.
- When I check the Workflow History, there is no instance visible.
Despite these checks, the Recall option is not available. I’d appreciate guidance on how to proceed or troubleshoot this issue further.
