I need help with how to keep track of Dynamics 365 Business Central system updates.

Hi

What is the most effective way to stay continuously updated on Dynamics 365 Business Central releases? I want to ensure I never miss a Microsoft update, especially those that resolve system bugs or introduce tools to make our work easier.

    Hi @Rami Mazrawi  * ,

    If you are using Business Central Cloud, then you remain up-to date with all hotfixes from Microsoft and third-party apps on a monthly basis. Microsoft releases cumulative updates every month and you can schedule those monthly on weekends to remain up-to date.

    In Business central Cloud, you can also update apps from Microsoft before Minor Release also by navigation to apps section as shown below.

     

    If you are using business central on-prem, you will have to ask your Microsoft partner to update your environment on a monthly basis for each minor update (cumulative update) from Microsoft.
