I’m working in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations sandbox and my workflow is active, but the Approve action button does not appear on pending vendor collaboration user requests. The requests show “Auto‑submitted on behalf of Admin” and are pending, and my account is Admin (person linked: Julia Funderburk). I’ve already configured the approval assignment to Admin in the Assignment tab and activated the new workflow version, yet approvers do not see the Approve button on the work item.

There are high chances that workflow batch job is not running..
Go to the batch jobs, search with word "workflow" And change the status of all batch jobs (3-4 jobs) to "waiting".
