I'm having trouble accessing my business account. I can't access it because the authenticator isn't logged into any cell phone, and the optional feature, which is my phone number, is giving error 399287. What's the best way to recover this account? Our company uses Power BI. I've tried logging into the authenticator on a new device, but it keeps asking for the code, which I can't access.

Don't create duplicate. If your problem is related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (which doesn't seem to be case), continue you the discussion in your previous thread. It sounds more like a problem with Entra ID and you should contact the administrator in your company, or try an Entra ID forum.
