Hi,

I am trying to assign a specific to role to set of users which starts with (ficuspax.com). To achieve this I am using the "Run automatic role assignment" concept. I tried to put this condition on the "Select all users" rule but it didn't return any users. It is returning the users if I don't put any filters and run it as it is. Am I missing anything here ?

Hi ,

I tried the same and i was able to get all my users assigned the role.

Hi @Arvind Bharti , Even I can see the existing users already assigned to the role. Actually this is the new role hence the user list shows empty, My issue is with the automatic role assignment. My expectation was, system will automatically get the users based on the filtered query and assign the role automatically.

Hi Karthik,

In case you have a rule for automatic role assignment with the current outcome, you can check several options to troubleshoot:

Do you have the correct spelling for the domain? A similar filter is working for me.

Check if the users are enabled in this environment. If not enabled, they will be skipped.

Were users initially manually assigned to the role and removed via the option Manually assign / exclude users? If so, open this form again, select all users with the domain mentioned and click on Reset status.

Thanks @André Arnaud de Calavon, It worked after enabling the users. I was testing this in sandbox and all the users were disabled .
