We added a new User in our organisation But while checking in Conversation intelligence dashboard user is not showing 
But In team members section the user is showing

    Hello,

    D365 Sales Insights are not updating out of nowhere you need to assign security role to the user and share the app with them,
    give them security role through power apps sharing feature or in power platform admin center manage user's security you'll be fine.
