Electronic invoice submission failed on create document step

    Hi Subramani, 

    Thanks for your attention. 
    We are attempting to submit a project invoice/customer invoice to the Malaysian tax authority using the built‑in functionality in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

    The overall process consists of multiple steps, starting with document creation, and the error occurs in this initial step.
    Error is shown in the attachment: AzureBlobInfo not applicable for the container

    I hope you are using the ER for this and did you verified you have all the access and privilege for the Azure blob and verify the ER config as well.

    Yes, we have access and everything is setup according to the official Microsoft Doc.

    Hi 

    Could you please confirm are you using the standard format mapping or the custom one. if the custom one please validate the configuration before you use and finally please update the Invoice model mapping and the specific format configuration for your country to the latest version.

    Its a standard format mapping and yes it is the latest version.
