13Hi Guys,
In business central 28 onprem i am getting error when i try to release a sales order it says
"Encryption is either not enabled or the encryption key cannot be found."
when i try to release a sales order after enabling the data encryption then i get this error message:
"Unable to decrypt data. The data was encrypted using a different key."
The AL error trace confirms the failure occurs in the Avalara AvaTax extension while refreshing the connection token, right as the sales order tries to call out to AvaTax for tax calculation.
How can i solve this issue without deleting Avalara extension?
