The Intercompany General Journal uses the same underlying table as the General Journal Line (Table 81), so technically the Deferral Code field exists there. However, it's just not visible on the Intercompany Journal page by default.
You can try exposing the Deferral Code field using the “Personalize” feature or with the new “Add Table Fields to Page” functionality available in Business Central 2023 Wave 2 (BC23) and later.
This allows you to show existing table fields directly on the page without needing a page extension.
