Could you please verify whether the period you are generating the report for contains data? You can confirm this by checking the Trial Balance inquiry.
If the Trial Balance shows data for that period, then please check whether the report is being run with a Reporting Tree. If it is, try running the report without the Reporting Tree and see if the report returns data.
Additionally, you mentioned that you reset the Data Mart. Could you please confirm whether the reset process completed successfully and that the status shows “Run to completion”?
